The Beach House - Facilities

The house has eight bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 20 people, plus a baby in a cot.

There are two bathrooms, two ensuites and a downstairs cloakroom.

The ground floor has a lounge, dining room, games room, reading room, kitchen and a beautiful orangery.

The house has lovely enclosed gardens to the front and back and off street parking for five/six cars. The rear garden is great for children, there is a football goal together with a large wooden adventure tower which has swings and slide. There is also a brick built barbeque and a lovely patio area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a range cooker, two microwaves, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble drier and a tall fridge. The utility room has an american style fridge/ freezer.

There are four televisions on the ground floor, one with sky+ tv. Some of the bedrooms have portable tvs. Wireless internet is also available. The games room has a pool table and a ps2 console (with games) available to use. The orangery is equipped with an integrated ipod speaker system.

All bed linen is supplied and made up for your arrival. Bathroom towels are also supplied. If you require use of the travel cot, please can you bring your own cot sheets.

The house has central heating throughout, with the addition of under floor heating in the orangery.

If you have small children, we provide a high chair and booster chair. The staircases have wooden safety gates fitted. The lower cupboards in the kitchen have child safety catches fitted. All the sliding sash windows are fitted with restricted openings for ventilation, which can be fully opened (at your own risk) if required.

The house is ideally suited for families and groups of friends to share. However, as we like to respect our neighbours, we do not allow stag or hen parties.

We are sorry but pets are not allowed at this property. Smoking is also not permitted in any part of house itself.

Unfortunately the house does not have wheelchair access. There are also steep staircases within the house.
